Vendors Rules and Guidelines:

  • Vendors can arrive after 7:30 am on April 15th and need to be set up by 9:30 am. Vendors should not begin to pack up until 4:15pm.

  • Vendors will receive 1 car parking pass/ booth-more upon request.

  • Vendors vehicles will be allowed to drive to booths to set up and take down. No cars in the festival area from 9:30am to 4:15pm. (Exception: food trucks)

  • Vendors should advertise on their social media/ website, etc.

  • Food trucks will be set up in designated space. They will need to supply all power and water themselves.

  • Vendors and NALZS staff park in designated parking lot.

  • Vendors may not bring bounce houses. (Monte Sano Rules)

  • All vendors and exhibitors responsible for their own tents, tables, and electricity.

  • All booths/companies should have appropriate insurance for the event. NALZS is not liable for any damages, destruction of goods or other difficulties that occur before, during or after Kids Fest.  

  • All vendors and exhibitors need to have a family or kids friendly booth.

  • No tobacco, CBD, drugs, marijuana, or alcohol or related products on premises.

  • All booth should be "G-rated." No scandalous images, pornography, or questionable graphics.

  • No live animals or animal taxidermy (stuffed, pelts, mounts, etc.) unless given expressed permission by NALZS. please email: education@nalzs.org with any questions. 

  • If you are a Partner or Passport vendor it is your responsibility to upload logo to registration form

  • The booth/vendor fee is non-refundable or transferable.

  • You will receive a final email the week of April 10, 2023, with a map with the location of your booth, map of parking, parking pass, a final set of instructions and any special guidelines that may come up.
