This Festival is free to attend.
The North Alabama Zoological Society is excited to host our 5th annual outdoor Kids & Family Festival. We love teaching children about Alabama’s unique biodiversity and helping them to have opportunities to be outside and explore nature.   This event also highlights the vibrant array of local vendors and exhibitors who contribute to our community's family-friendly environment.
Come as a family and join us for a day of fun, food, and the best of Alabama's outdoors!

We are so excited to present the 2026 Kids Festival Sponsor, Passport Booths and Partner Booths!

DRAWINGS & PRIZES:
The festival will have various drawings and giveaways. 

Vendor & Exhibitor Information:

We invite groups, crafters, organizations, and companies that also enjoy providing children and family enrichment opportunities to be a part of the 2026 5th Annual NALZS Kids Festival as vendors or exhibitors. Come join us to introduce your organization, products, and mission to children, parents, teachers, and community leaders.
Applications will begin Jan 1 , 2026

Vendor or Exhibitor Booth Fees:

Food trucks: (wheel based mobile food units, other cottage food vendors should sign up as a Vendor Booth.)

  • Food trucks will be gathered together in one spot.

  • $40 Food Truck Spot  

  • Please feel free to email the NALZS event staff at KidsFest@NALZS.org with any questions on food trucks

Booths:

  • 10 x 10 spots

    • $15 Kids booth ( items must be created by crafter under 16 and under and must be manned by crafter. Please fill out Google form, does not need to fill out below form.

    • $25 Non-Profit Booth (information only, no selling of merchandise, please provide a copy of IRS determination Letter)

    • $50 Vendor Standard Booth

    • $100 Vendor Partner Booth - name and/or logo on Festival related digital media 

  • 10 x 20 spots​

    • $250 Vendor Passport Booth - name and/or logo will be on Festival related digital media. This booth guarantees patrons will visit your booth to get a passport stamp. (see below) Limit of 15 Passport Booths for entire festival.

  • Sponsorships

    • DIAMOND - Includes named sponsorship of the festival; prominent event signage; a large, prime location Passport Booth; exclusive social media and email blasts; logo on event t-shirt; and additional perks to amplify your brand’s visibility.

    • PLATINUM - Includes prominent event signage, a large prime location Passport Booth, exclusive social media and email blasts, logo on event t-shirt, and extra advantages to boost your brand's exposure.

    • GOLD - Includes key event signage, a large Passport Booth, exclusive social media blasts, logo on event t-shirt, and further benefits to increase your brand’s reach.

    • SILVER - Includes event signage, a large Passport Booth, social media blasts, logo on event t-shirt, and additional benefits to enhance your brand's presence.

Kids Festival Passports:

Upon checking in to the festival, all children will receive a passport- if they visit all the designated "passport" booths and get a stamp on their passport from the booth, they will receive a prize provided by NALZS.

Please feel free to email the NALZS event staff at KidsFest@NALZS.org with any questions. All booths must be applied for and paid for no later than April 3, 2026. Vendors submitting applications after April 3, 2026 will not have their information included in printed event materials.


All vendor and exhibitors are responsible for own tents, tables, and electricity.
All registered vendors and exhibitors need to be set up by 9:30 AM the day of the festival.
All vendors and exhibitors need to have a family or kids friendly booth. 

 

(All vendor or exhibitor applications are done through NALZS website, no independent or outside consultants or companies will be used.)

Thanks for submitting! We will review your application soon and send invoice. Payments will be made online through Square and will be due 7 days from invoice.
